Coming up is the Tararu Cultural Center, which is based in the historic Old North School. In the same building is the Thames Society of Arts Gallery. The Society of Arts display a variety of contemporary art-work and they also run regular pottery and painting workshops, a national summer exhibition, as well as a members exhibition.
