You are now approaching Tokomaru Bay. The main features of the settlement are nature and Cultural. Although a very small town, Tokomaru Bay is known for Maori arts and crafts manufactured here. The beach stretches for 8kms and is a good spot for fishing, swimming and surfing. A number of musicians, potters and artists here settled here because of the picture perfect scenery.
