Coming up is a parking area and sign marking the beginning of the Ohau Forest Walk track. It begins beneath the railway line and leads through coastal hardwood forest and alongside the Ohau Stream to the Ohau Waterfall. The walk takes around 15 minutes return and at the end a real treat is in store: large groups of seal pups often frolic in the big pool beneath the waterfall.
