Coming up is the Tukino Access Road, which leads to the Tukino club ski fields. In the summer this is a popular four wheel drive route which traverses several streams and rugged terrain, however the first six kilometres are suitable for those with two wheel drive at any time of year. If you do choose to leave the highway and turn off here make sure you keep between the markers as the surrounding land is military-access only.
