You are now approaching the Picton Marina coming up on the left/right. The marina is situated in Picton Harbour and is the gateway to the Queen Charlotte Sound. It’s within easy walking distance of the ferry terminal and visitors can take a boat trip to the scenic Sound. The Queen Charlotte walking track also starts with a boat ride to the historic Ship Cove. You’ll notice the luxury apartments surrounding the marina which offer fantastic views and the convenience of a short 3 minute walk to town and the water’s edge.
