Coming up on the left is the Bencarry Nature Park & Café. The Park is found on the banks of the Anatoki River and is surrounded by native bush. Nature and history come together in this scenic spot and there is plenty to do. Go for a bush walk, try your hand at a round of mini golf or lie in a hammock. Many people come to see the historic Anatoki eels that have been fed here since 1914. There is also an eel museum with audio visual display. Visit the café or stay for supper and enjoy an evening spit roast. If you do stay after dark you’ll catch a glimpse of the glow worms that light up the night.
