Coming up on the left/right is the Suter Gallery and Queens Gardens. Suter Gallery is part of an arts complex which features a theatre, a café and a shop. The gallery features a number of art works by respected 19th century artists and is putting together a collection of contemporary works. Here you can take part in education programmes and appreciate a range of exhibitions. This is also the home base of the Nelson Suter Art Society. The Queens gardens are a Victorian garden with its own duck pond. Tall trees provide plenty of shade for strolling and you can feed the ducks and swans which is a favourite among all visitors.
