You are now approaching the Fielding Stock Car Show Grounds. Stock car racing is extremely popular in Palmerston North and supporters come from all over the country to watch the Mighty Panther stock car team race around the showground track. The stadium can hold 15000 spectators and has a fantastic atmosphere on any given race day. Tours are conducted around the grounds every Friday for anyone who’s interested in finding out more about the race track.
