Coming up is Lavender Lane, where woodcarver, Tony Waterson, displays his wares, including some award-winning pieces, amongst a huge array of lavender products. Tony and his wife, Karen, grow grosso, super, and imprest purple lavender on their farm, harvesting the fragrant blooms in summer. Lavender oil is extracted on site, and then sent to a co-op where it is used to create a range of sweet-smelling products.
