You are now approaching Otorohanga Kiwi House and Bird Park coming up on the left. This is a non-profit organisation which aims to conserve New Zealand’s wildlife through education and breeding programs. Visitors will see nocturnal kiwi displays, the largest aviary in New Zealand, rare native birds and live tuataras. Enjoy the picnic facilities and the souvenir shop. The park is open from 9am to 4.30 pm each day.
