You are now approaching the Te Awamutu Museum coming up on the left/right hand side. It is the oldest museum in the Waikato region and collects items to do with the history, Cultural, heritage and development of Te Awamutu and the larger Waipa region. Visitors will see photographs, maps and Maori artefacts. The museum also has the largest collection of Maori and European archives in the area.
